We ship within 48 hours of your order. The total time until you receive the merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location, the particular time of year and the time of day your order was submitted to us. You should expect a 7-10 day delivery time. But remember during the Holiday Season delivery could take longer.
Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service (US only). All items are inspected and professionally packed. Items may be shipped from our main office or from our distribution centers to you.
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier (UPS). If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and contact UPS and us. Refer to our FAQS-Returns.
Our manufacturers warranty all of our products. We will repair or replace any defective item without cost to you. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email us or call us for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. All returns must be in the original packaging as received, including certificates of authenticity, warranties, instructions.etc.

We will offer any assistance within our ability, but need your assistance to insure damage in handling is noted and to arrange the pickup and return. Ask UPS to inspect the damage and return the shipment to us. We will also work with UPS and provide you with a replacement.
If you should receive the wrong item contact us immediately. We will provide a return authorization number and make the arrangements to have the original item picked up and returned to us and the correct item shipped to you. We will handle all shipping charges for the exchange and keep you advised of the timing of each. While we would not expect this to happen, we are human and do not expect you to pay additional charges if we erred. If you received a different product than initially purchased we suggest you do not unpack the clock. If you have unpacked it save all the packaging and other included manuals, etc. and return the clock to the original packaging as you received it with the following:
If you believe there is a manufacturer's defect in the clock you received, please contact us. We will ask you to describe the problem and contact our manufacturer to provide a replacement part or if necessary a replacement of the entire item. You will not be charged for any shipping costs for either of these solutions.
We want every one of our customers to be as happy with their clocks are we are with our own. Should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact us. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions for the return. We will not be able to refund the original cost of shipping the clock to you for any item returned through no fault of ours. In addition we will charge a 15% restocking fee for the return of any item where the fault is not ours. The original shipping cost plus the restocking fee will be deducted from the monies to be refunded to you.
The requirements for a return are:
- Return Authorization Number clearly on the package
- Item packed in the original packaging as received, including certificates of authenticity, warranties, instructions.etc.
- Shipping and insurance for full value of item to be your responsibility.
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department
2. The shipping company, method is your choice and will be your responsibility
3. Insure the shipment for the value of the item you ordered
4. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package
5. Follow the return instructions provided by us
6. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department
